We know you're excited — and we don't blame you. Every BoldNTold piece is more than just a tee; it's a statement, a vibe, a piece of culture made just for you. Here's everything you need to know about how we get it to your door.


1. How Our Process Works

At BoldNTold, each item is created specifically for you the moment your order is placed. Your tee goes into production as soon as you hit "Buy." This is how we keep every design intentional, fresh, and meaningful.

Here's what happens after you order:

👕 Production — Your item is prepared and quality checked 1–2 business days
📦 Shipping — Your order is handed to our carrier and delivered to your door 4–6 business days
 Total Estimated Time 5–8 business days from order date

Please note: Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin production on the next business day.


2. Shipping Rates

Shipping is calculated at checkout and applied automatically based on your order total.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update after you receive this email.

You can track your order anytime at boldntold.com using the tracking link in your confirmation email.


4. Incorrect or Undeliverable Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you via email to arrange reshipment.

Please note: BoldNTold cannot be held responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.


5. Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows "Delivered" but your package hasn't arrived, don't panic — here's what to do:

  1. Check with neighbors or your building's front desk
  2. Wait 1–2 additional business days, as carriers occasionally mark packages delivered early
  3. If still missing, contact us at contact@boldntold.com and we'll investigate immediately

If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will resend your order or issue a full refund — your choice.
