Our "We Got You" Promise
Look, we believe in keeping it real. Every single BoldNTold tee and hoodie is a statement — a piece of culture, a piece of you — and we're committed to making sure it's perfect. This ain't about fine print; it's about our promise to you.
1. Cancellations & Order Changes
We know that feeling when you change your mind — we got you.
You can cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it for a full refund, no questions asked.
After that 6-hour window, your order has already been submitted and our team has begun the fulfillment process. Because every BoldNTold item is brought to life the moment you place your order, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they enter the queue.
So if you need to cancel or change anything — size, color, or shipping address — please reach out ASAP at contact@boldntold.com within that 6-hour window. The earlier you contact us, the better we can help.
2. All Sales Are Final
Every BoldNTold piece is made exclusively for you — produced and fulfilled the moment your order is placed. This is how we ensure each design stays fresh, intentional, and meaningful, rather than sitting in a warehouse.
Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for the following reasons:
- Change of mind
- Ordered the wrong size (please refer to our Size Guide on the product page before purchasing)
- Personal preference regarding color, fit, or style
We appreciate your understanding — and we always recommend double-checking your size and design selection before completing your purchase.
💡 Sizing Tip: When in doubt, size up. Our tees are designed to look incredible oversized — it's a vibe!
3. When We Will Make It Right
Your satisfaction is our top priority. Period.
If your order arrives with any of the issues below, contact us and we will either send you a brand-new replacement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice:

To file a claim, please email us at contact@boldntold.com with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the issue (required for defect or wrong item claims)
- Your preference: Resend or Refund
We'll get back to you within 1–2 business days and make it right. Always.
4. Refund Processing
- Approved refunds will be returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
- You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed.
- BoldNTold does not charge any restocking fees or return shipping fees for approved claims.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged in transit: If your package arrives visibly damaged, please photograph both the packaging and the item, then contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Lost packages: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 30 days, please reach out and we will investigate with the carrier and offer a resend or full refund.
